Questionnaire - Next Level

Your employee is attending the MasterClass course Next Level.

This questionnaire is created so that you, as a manager, can influence the areas in which your employee wants to upgrade or learn new skills.

Also, the questionnaire will provide an overview of how effective the practical application of the theories has been, as the questionnaire will be repeated just before completion of the course.

You are invited to answer the following questions with a rating from 1-6, where 1 equals "Very low" and 6 equals "Very high".
